Advanced daily hydration: one stick, anywhere. A single 5.5 g stick of Hydration+, our advanced daily hydration formula. Adaptogens + electrolytes + taurine, with Aquamin® marine minerals, vitamin C and B5. Tropical flavour.

More than an electrolyte blend. Each stick combines electrolytes, marine minerals, 1,500 mg taurine, vitamin C, B5 and 20 mg pure salidroside (SalidroPure®) with 289 mg potassium per stick. Perfect for the gym bag, desk drawer or travel.

Directions: Add 1 stick (5.5 g) to 400 ml of water, mix well and consume. Recommended daily intake: 1 stick per day.

Ingredients: Taurine, tri-potassium citrate, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), calcareous marine algae (Lithothamnion sp.) (Aquamin®F), seawater-derived magnesium oxide (Aquamin®Mg), flavouring, pink Himalayan salt, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose), pure salidroside (SalidroPure®), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide E551), colour (Sunset Yellow E110), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate).
